Katherine O'Neill is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Flagger Force since December 2024, Katherine previously held the position of HR Leader at Stand Together from May 2016 to November 2024. Additional experience includes roles as an HR Generalist at Dominion National, a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiting Coordinator at MetroStar Systems, and a Human Resources Coordinator at Anybill Financial Services. Katherine has administered human resources plans and welfare programs, developed personnel policies, and has a background in marketing through an internship focused on social media engagement. Katherine holds a degree from Penn State University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from George Mason University.
