Brian Rushton is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Chef Instructor at the Culinary Institute Lenotre since September 2022, Brian previously held the position of Executive Chef at Houston Methodist from October 2020 to October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Chef at Grill Concepts, Inc., where oversight was provided for 16 upscale restaurant and hotel food service operations, and Executive Kitchen Manager at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. Other notable roles include Executive Chef at House of Blues Entertainment and a solid educational foundation with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena.
