Simon Fish is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology and life sciences sectors. Currently employed at Cucumber Lighting Controls since April 2022, Simon previously worked as a Software Developer and LIMS Specialist at Medicines Discovery Catapult, where contributions included developing a commercial testing platform for a post-COVID era. Prior roles include Information Technology Engineer at Charles River Laboratories, where support was provided for a COVID-19 test lab, and Senior Technical Lead at GSK, focusing on laboratory software projects. With early career roles as an IT Consultant at M&G Investments and Roche, as well as a Senior Analyst/Programmer at Glaxo Wellcome, Simon's professional journey began after earning a degree in Chemistry and Computational Science from the University of Leeds.
