Kaustubh Jagtap has a diverse and extensive work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Kaustubh'smost recent position is at CubeSmart, where they serve as the Sr. Director of Engineering. Prior to that, they worked at Wawa Inc. as the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Engineering, overseeing the technology functions of the company. Before Wawa, they were at Chase Paymentech as an Architect, and at One Commerce Labs LLC. as the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for building a commerce platform.

Earlier in their career, Kaustubh held positions at TracFone Wireless as the Director of Commerce and Mobility, at Taco Bell as a Senior Manager in the Digital department, and at Yum! Brands as a Senior Manager for Global Technology Innovation and Architecture. Kaustubh also worked at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. as a Solution Architect and Leader of the Global Service Oriented Architecture Center of Excellence, and at DHL as a Leader of Finance and Billing Portfolio/Program Architect and Software Engineering Practice Chair.

Throughout their work experience, Kaustubh has demonstrated a strong expertise in technology strategy, architecture, and engineering, as well as leadership and management skills. Kaustubh has successfully led various projects and initiatives, from developing new platforms and applications to implementing technology strategies and improving processes.

Kaustubh Jagtap completed their Secondary School Certificate at St. John's High from 1978 to 1988. Kaustubh then pursued a Higher Secondary education from 1988 to 1991 at MV&LU College of Science. Finally, they attended Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University where they obtained a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from 1991 to 1995.
