Benjamin Minack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles, currently serving as the CEO of ressourcenmangel GmbH since January 2003. In addition to this role, Benjamin holds positions as an Aufsichtsratsmitglied at haebmau. and ctrl QS GmbH, and as a Lehrbeauftragter at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, all since September 2021. Benjamin is also the Co-Founder of Hi! Employer Strategies GmbH and TRAFO Unternehmensberatung für Organisation, Kultur und Entwicklung, both established in recent years. As the Founder of Halbleiter - Angel VC, Benjamin invests in technology-oriented startups across Europe. Previously, Benjamin was the President of the Gesamtverband Kommunikationsagenturen GWA and a member of the board at asgoodasnew electronics GmbH. Early career experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Die ZEIT. Benjamin Minack obtained a degree from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin between 2000 and 2004.
