Joe Warino currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at CTL Engineering, Inc. since October 2023. Warino has held the position of Senior Vice President of CMCI at PRIME AE Group, Inc. since December 2017, overseeing construction services, developing business strategies, and evaluating team performance. Previous roles at PRIME AE Group include Vice President and Associate Vice President, focusing on business development and management of the construction management and inspection business lines. Warino has also worked as the Senior Director for Ohio Construction Management and as an engineer for the City of Columbus, managing complex highway construction projects. Early career experiences include serving as a Project Engineer with the Ohio Department of Transportation and as an Environmental Planner with Eastgate Regional Council of Governments. Warino holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University.
