J. Pablo Obregon has extensive experience in community engagement and diversity initiatives, currently serving as the GUIA Coach at PACT For Families Collaborative and the Director of Community Growth, Equity and Inclusion for the City of Willmar since March 2023. Prior roles include Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Minnesota Council on Foundations from May 2022 to March 2023, and Community Engagement Officer at the Southwest Initiative Foundation from February 2018 to May 2022. J. Pablo Obregon earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree from Luther Seminary between 1991 and 1995.
