Scott's career began at Catalyst USA / Catalyst International as a Technical Coordinator, ensuring project coordination between programming teams and customer expectations. Earlier, Scott was a Programmer Analyst at Henschen & Associates, Inc., focusing on software modifications and prototypes for municipal and juvenile court systems.
