Jens Ole Andersen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Jens Ole began their career as a System Administrator at HTH in 1996 and later joined TOPNORDIC as a System Consultant, Infrastrucutre Architect, and Team Leader from 2000 to 2008.

Jens Ole then transitioned to Atea, where they served as a Team Manager from 2009 to 2010, and later became a Consultant Manager from 2010 to 2011.

Afterwards, they briefly worked as a Team Manager at NORRIQ in 2011 before returning to Atea as a Consultant Manager from 2011 to 2015.

Jens Ole then moved on to roles at Curago A/S as a Consultant Director and Partner from 2015 to 2016, and at COMM2IG as a Consultant Manager from 2016 to 2020.

Most recently, they worked at FastTrack Software as a Sales Director from 2019 to 2023, and currently serves as the President - Nordics and DACH and Director at Admin by Request since 2023.

Jens Ole Andersen has a diverse education history. In 2011, they completed self-study to obtain the MCITP certification from Microsoft. In the same year, they also attended Atea Academy for a communication-related course. Additionally, in 2008, they attended Prince2 kursus and TN Academy for courses on PRINCE2, presentations, and negotiation techniques. In 2007, they obtained the CCEA 4.0 certification as a Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator. Other certifications include IPMA D in 2006, CCEA XP in 2005, and MCSE 2003 in 2004. Jens Ole also completed a program in Informatikassistent at Esbjerg IT Skole from 1994 to 1996 and a HG degree at Ribe Handelsskole in 1993. Jens Ole Andersen completed their primary education at Vestervangskolen from 1975 to 1981. Additionally, they have received multiple certifications related to technology and IT from different institutions such as Apple, Citrix, Pearson VUE, and Symantec between 2011 and 2012.
