Pascal Schetelat is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in leading technical teams and developing innovative solutions. Since January 2012, Pascal has served as the Lead Data Scientist at CSTB, overseeing a team of over 10 members and contributing to projects such as the French National Building Database. Prior to this role, Pascal worked at AUSY as a Data Scientist, focusing on Python development within a multiphysics simulation framework and automation of CI/CD processes. Earlier experience includes positions as an R&D Engineer at INPG SA, a Research Engineer at CNRS with a focus on metrology and signal processing, a CFD Engineer at ArcelorMittal, and a Chemical Engineering Technician at General Electric. Pascal holds a PhD in Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfers, and Process from Grenoble INP - UGA, as well as a Master’s degree in Heat Transfers and Fluid Dynamics from the same institution.
