Adarsh T. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social development and governance. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow in the CEO's Office at CSRBOX since January 2023, Adarsh T. also holds the position of Program Lead at IndiGive Foundation from April 2023. Previous roles include positions as Punjab District Development Fellow in both Amritsar and Tarn Taran for the Punjab Good Governance Fellowship Programme, where Adarsh T. contributed to promoting good governance ideals in Punjab. Earlier experiences encompass internships and consultancy with organizations such as FICCI, EMPOWER PEOPLE, BAIF Development Research Foundation, and Save The Children India. Adarsh T. holds a Master of Arts in Social Work with a specialization in Social Development from Jamia Millia Islamia and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History, and Psychology from Banaras Hindu University.
