Karen Spotford has extensive experience in labor relations and information technology, currently serving as a Labor Relations Specialist at CSEA Local 1000 since April 2019. Prior to this role, Karen was a Field Representative at the NYS Public Employees Federation from March 2017 to March 2019. Karen's career began at the NYS Office of Information Technology Services, where Karen worked as an I.T. Specialist 2 (Programming) from September 1982 to April 2017. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and pursued further education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
