Kelly Stratford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community leadership and management. Currently serving as Chairperson for Northland Civil Defence Emergency Management and as an appointed representative for the Taumarere River Liaison Group, Kelly prioritizes flood mitigation projects for affected communities. As a Councillor for Far North District Council, Kelly represents the Bay of Islands - Whangaroa region and has also contributed to the Karetu School Board as Chairperson. Previous roles include advisory board member for the National Emergency Management Agency and trustee for Waikare Marae. Complementing a strong governance background, Kelly manages KS Bookkeeping and has acquired multiple certificates in Māori studies and professional communication.
