In 2018, they joined Partner Solutions Payroll as a Manager, providing management solutions for employee payroll and administration. Additionally, Carlie served as the Vice President of Human Resources at CS Partners, an education services provider focused on educational reform and professional leadership.

Carlie Lockwood completed their high school education at Granville High School, earning a High School Diploma. Carlie then pursued higher education at Eastern Michigan University from 1992 to 1996, obtaining a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree.
