Jill Murray, PHR has extensive work experience in Human Resources. Jill began their career at RiverDelta Networks in 2000 as an HR Assistant. In 2005, they moved to ImmunoGen, Inc. and held roles as a Pr. Human Resources Representative, Sr. HR Representative, and Manager of Human Resources. In 2015, they joined Sarepta Therapeutics and served as an Associate Director, HR Business Partner, Director Organizational Development & HR Business Partner, and Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner. In 2019, they moved to Rubius Therapeutics and held roles as a Director, HR Business Partner & Interim Head of Total Rewards, Sr. Director, HR Business Partner & Head of Total Rewards, and VP, Head of Human Resources. Most recently, in 2022, they joined SalioGen Therapeutics as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Jill Murray, PHR, has a diverse educational background. In 2018-2019, they earned a Core Energy Coaching Certification from iPEC Coaching in the field of Career & Executive Coaching. In 2015, they earned a Strategic HR Business Partner Certification from Human Capital Institute. In 2005, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Capella University. Jill also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
