Niels Nijhuis has significant experience in project management and operations within the technology and maritime sectors. Currently serving as Manager Operations and Projectmanager at Crux Agribotics since August 2023, Niels previously held the position of Project Manager at EZN Techniek, focusing on power distribution and smart technology from July 2022 to August 2023. Niels' earlier roles include Project Manager at Admarel, where responsibilities included overseeing NAVCOM and AVIT system deliveries on new-build projects, and Account Manager at Teledyne CARIS, emphasizing customer relations in the EMEA region. As a Hydrographic and GIS engineer, Niels provided training and consultancy while formerly contributing as a Hydrographic Surveyor in the Royal Netherlands Navy, where various managerial and technical roles were undertaken, including that of Executive Officer. Niels holds advanced degrees in Hydrographic Surveying and Maritime Science from the University of Plymouth, as well as a Diploma from the Royal Military Academy.
