Rabindra Kumar Karki possesses extensive experience in water resources management and engineering, currently serving as WRE-Project Manager at iDE since February 2014. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, coordinating with government agencies and NGOs, and implementing best practices in water resource management, WASH, and irrigation while emphasizing climate change adaptation. Previously held roles at iDE include Water Resources Engineering Project Coordinator and Program Engineer, where Rabindra led various water resource components and managed budgets for multiple projects. Earlier work as an Irrigation Engineer at Integrated Development and Research Services involved conducting community meetings, engineering surveys, and designing water supply projects funded by multiple agencies. Rabindra holds a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Water Resources Management from Pokhara University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tribhuvan University.
