Steve O'Shaughnessy is a Senior Software Developer at CRST, INC. since April 2016, where significant contributions include the development of a new Data Warehouse (DWH) integrating data from the Final Mile and High Value Products (HVP) divisions, along with completing Data Architect training on the Qlik Sense Analytic tool. Prior to this role, Steve served as a Senior Technical Team Leader in Business Intelligence at Transworks from May 1999 to December 2015, leading the BI group in analyzing customer reporting needs, and held positions as a Business Analyst and Programmer/Analyst, focusing on requirements documentation and software development in VB6 and C. Steve holds a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
