Luciana Dias Jesus is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in organizational development and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Analyst at CRS Brands since July 2021, Luciana has previously held senior roles at Liz Lingerie and Duratex, where responsibilities included decision-making support for leadership, monitoring HR indicators, and culture guardianship.
