Simeon Cheng is a seasoned professional in sustainability and corporate communications, currently serving as Group Director of Sustainability at Vitasoy International since November 2019. Prior experience includes leading sustainability initiatives as Head of Sustainability at MTR Corporation Limited from April 2017 to November 2019 and overseeing group environmental strategies as Senior Manager at CLP Holdings from January 2006 to April 2017. Additionally, Simeon served as a Board Member of the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB) for the Global Reporting Initiative from January 2015 to December 2016, following a tenure on the Technical Advisory Committee since 2010. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Environmental Law from the University of London, and an MBA from the University of Hull.
