Ella Crockett has a diverse work experience history that includes roles in various industries. Ella started their career as a Sales Assistant at Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe in 2011 and then worked as a Waitress at Strada Restaurants from 2013 to 2014. In 2010, Ella began their modeling career and spent eight years working as a Model, with five of those years being represented by the renowned agency Models 1. During their modeling career, they appeared in notable publications such as LOOK! Magazine and Italian Vogue, as well as being part of campaigns for Gucci and opening London Fashion Week in 2014. Ella transitioned to the marketing field in 2015, where they worked as a Marketing Intern at Jack Wills and later as a Marketing Assistant. From 2015 to 2017, they also worked as a Brand Ambassador at Coalition Event Management Ltd. In 2016, Ella joined Tyne Tees Models as a Model, a role they held until 2019. Ella then moved into client management, starting as an Account Manager at Curtis Gabriel in 2018. Ella continued to progress within the company, taking on the role of Client Success Manager from 2019 to 2021, and finally becoming the Head of Client Success until 2022. Currently, Ella is employed as a Customer Success Manager at Crownpeak, a position they started in October 2022.

Ella Crockett attended St Albans Girls' School from 2006 to 2013 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Later, from 2014 to 2017, they attended Newcastle University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.
