Ravindran Padmanaban has over 20 years of experience in the sales and business development industry. Ravindran began their career with Leading Softech Private Limited in 1999 as a Business Development Manager and then joined IBM India Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales Operations employee in 2003. In 2005, they became a Business Manager at Redington India Ltd., moving up to become a Group Product Manager in 2011. Ravindran joined Redington Gulf in 2013 as a Product Sales Manager, where they were promoted to Sales Manager and then to Channel Sales Manager. In 2022, they became the Regional Sales Manager for the company until they leaf in 2023. Currently, they have assumed the role of Regional Sales Director in Banyan Cloud.

Ravindran Padmanaban has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Bangalore University. Ravindran also has a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University. In 2019-2020, they received a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from EMERITUS Institute of Management.
