Diego dos Santos Faria has extensive experience in technical support and automation testing, currently serving as an Analista de Automação de Testes Pleno at Base2 Tecnologia since October 2021. Prior roles include positions at Grupo SYM from April 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities ranged from supporting software solutions to customer service, along with previous support technical roles at ACCCOM from December 2015 to April 2017 and Sisema from September 2014 to September 2016, focusing on computer maintenance and document management. Diego holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais and is pursuing an MBA in Information Technology at Faculdade VINCIT, expected to be completed in August 2024.
