Karen Chrysostome is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Resident Regional Director of Operations at Crothall Healthcare since April 2016. In this role, Karen oversees the Hartford Healthcare Patient Support Services Center, managing a Call Center that includes services such as Patient Transportation and Environmental Services, while focusing on data analytics, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction. Prior to this, Karen worked as a Patient Flow Manager at Opus Business Consulting and held the position of Recruiting Administrator. Karen holds an Associate’s Degree in Nursing Education from St. Margaret School of Nursing, completed between 2012 and 2014.
