Gina Pennington is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in operational management and patient care. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Mercy Medical Center since February 2020, Gina previously held the position of Clinic Manager at MercyCare Community Physicians from September 2017 to February 2020. Earlier professional roles include Patient Care Technician at UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's and research collaboration with the University of Iowa while working as a Research Study Liaison at Meth-Wick Community. Gina's career began in customer service and clerical roles, with early experiences at Behnke Enterprises and Main Street Market. Gina holds a Master of Business Administration from Mount Mercy University, earned between 2017 and 2019, along with a degree in General Education and Nursing from Northeast Iowa Community College.
