Henry Staufenbiel is a Customer Success Manager at Spotler DACH, formerly CrossEngage, since August 2023. Prior to this role, Henry held positions at Tchibo from September 2017 to July 2023, advancing from Intern in International E-Commerce Development to Junior Manager and later Manager E-Commerce International. Earlier experience includes an internship in the Purchase Department for New Products at Volkswagen de México in 2016 and an apprenticeship as a banker at Volksbank Oldenburg eG from 2010 to 2013. Henry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management from Hanze, completed in 2017, and has also studied at Bangkok University in 2015.
