Duncan Geradts

Head of Customer Success ANZ

Duncan Geradts has a diverse work experience. Duncan began their career as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's in 2014 and held this position for two and a half years. In 2016, they worked as a Communications Manager at Armageddon Expo for eleven months. Concurrently, they joined SiteHost as a Technical Salesman / Account Manager, a role they held from November 2016 until June 2021.

In June 2021, Duncan joined NextMinute as a Customer Success Representative, and later in March 2023, they were promoted to Head of Customer Success ANZ, a position they currently hold.

Duncan Geradts completed their NCEA Level 3 education at Linwood College from 2010 to 2012. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Applied Management, with a major in Marketing and Sales / Event Management, at Ara Institute of Canterbury from 2014 to 2016.
