Nicholas Crowder, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Specialty Division at CrossCover Insurance, overseeing underwriting for technical, manufacturing, chemical, and public entity risks from the Chicago office since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions as Vice President of E&S Property at AXIS, managing underwriting and relationship management for the Midwest region, and as an Underwriter III and AVP at AmRisc, focused on technical and chemical risks. Earlier experience includes underwriting at Zurich North America and risk engineering at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, as well as a field application engineer role at Baker Hughes. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston and an MBA in Finance from Tulane University.
