Hendrik Albrecht has extensive work experience in the technology and business development sectors. Hendrik is currently the Managing Partner at Scale, where they focus on aligning and collaborating between Cronos Group and Amazon Web Services (AWS), launching new business initiatives, scaling existing businesses, and connecting with AWS. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Business Development Manager - AWS SPOC at De Cronos Groep and as the Director of Cloud Solutions at Tobania. Hendrik also held various managerial positions at Realdolmen, Atos, RealDolmen, and Capgemini Belgium, where they were responsible for technology transformation, division management, and business development. Hendrik Albrecht started their career as an IT Consultant at LoQutus and gained experience in sales and marketing at Dolmen/JCS Int. Hendrik also has experience running their own IT and sales consulting business, HAL IT & Sales Consulting.

Hendrik Albrecht obtained their A1 degree in Communicatiebeheer from Erasmushogeschool Brussel, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
