Sean Folan has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles within the marketing, advertising, and consulting industry. Sean is currently working at Cronin as the Executive Vice President & COO. In their previous role at Cronin, they served as the Senior Vice President, leading client development and relationship management activities in the Health ecosystem. Prior to Cronin, Sean worked at Tenet Partners as the Chief Revenue Officer & Managing Partner and as a Senior Partner, overseeing brand strategy and innovation engagements. Before that, they were the President & Co-Founder of K+S Consulting Partners, where they led a brand strategy and design consultancy. Sean also has experience as the Vice President / General Manager at Lieberman Research Worldwide, where they managed a business unit focused on market research and analytics. Sean began their career at McKinsey & Company, where they served as a Senior Expert, developing growth strategies in Healthcare and Consumer Products. Sean also worked at Henry Rak Consulting Partners as a Principal before the company was acquired by McKinsey. Sean started their professional career at Marketing Consulting Associates, LLC, where they held the role of Executive Director.

Sean Folan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Sean also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
