Sneha Panchal is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Charcoal Concepts since January 2024, Sneha previously held significant roles at Croma since January 2010, including Lead HR for Apple monobrand stores and Manager HR for the Mumbai region, overseeing HR operations for 29 stores. Sneha began the journey in human resources as Assistant Manager and Cluster HR for Central Mumbai stores.
