Kara Brunetta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kara started their career at Young & Rubicam Advertising as an Advertising Account Supervisor, where they worked on the Fisher Price account and played a key role in the strategic evaluation of the brand. Kara then moved on to Foote, Cone & Belding as an Advertising Account Director, where they worked with Kraft Nabisco on brands such as Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, and Honey Maid Grahams, and helped launch initiatives like the 100 Calorie Packs. Kara also worked at Arnold Worldwide as an Advertising Account Supervisor, where they worked on the Ocean Spray account and developed the successful "Straight from the Bog" campaign. Kara then transitioned into brand management roles, working as the Global Staples Brand Manager and later as the Director of Staples Brand Product Management at Staples, where they developed and managed product strategies and launched innovative products like the M by Staples Arc notebook system. Kara then worked as a Category Merchant at DAVIDsTEA and a Category Manager at CVS Health before joining Helen of Troy as a National Account Manager, Sales Director, and most recently, as a Senior Director of Sales at Beauty & Wellness.
