Charles Finegan is a Human Resources Coordinator at Critical Project Services, a position held since January 2021, after previously serving as a Summer Intern at the same company in July and August 2020. Charles Finegan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Texas Tech University, where studies were completed from 2016 to 2020.
