Chris Patriarca

Senior Community Planner at Chester County Planning Commission

Chris Patriarca, AICP, has extensive experience in community planning, currently serving as a Senior Community Planner at Chester County Planning Commission since June 2017. Previously, Chris held the position of Planning Commissioner for the Borough of West Chester from January 2017 to October 2022, where responsibilities included providing recommendations on land use and zoning ordinances. Chris also served as the Director of Planning & Zoning for Westtown Township from November 2013 to June 2017, overseeing all related issues. Earlier in the career, Chris worked as a Planning & Zoning Coordinator in Roanoke County, Virginia, and as a Planning Intern in Davidson, NC. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Geography with a focus on Community Planning from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Political Science from The University of Alabama.
