Nicole Blaschka has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nicole began their career in 2004 at Broadcom Corporation as a Payroll Coordinator II, where they quickly advanced and gained experience in processing payroll. Nicole then joined Pathway Capital Management in 2008, where they took on a dual role in human resources and payroll, assisting employees and helping them understand the fundamentals of their livelihood.
In 2013, Blaschka joined Realty ONE Group as the Director of People and Culture, managing HR processes, benefit administration, and fostering an inclusive work environment. Nicole then moved on to work at MobileMONEY in 2015 as a Human Resources Manager, where they handled all aspects of HR and payroll, including employee relations, benefits, policies, and employee engagement.
Blaschka then joined Guerdon Modular Buildings in 2016 as a Human Resources Manager, implementing HR processes and overseeing employee activities in the leading manufacturer of large-scale modular construction projects. Nicole later joined Diversified Fluid Solutions in 2017, serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and then a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, specializing in ultra-pure chemical delivery systems.
In 2023, Blaschka received a promotion and joined Critical Process Systems Group as the Human Resources Director for CPS Group T&S North America, supporting all companies under the CPS Group. Throughout their career, Blaschka has demonstrated their expertise in HR management and their commitment to employee well-being and organizational growth.
Nicole Blaschka attended Ashford University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In February 2022, they obtained a certification in the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
