Stefanie Klaver is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager at Cintas since May 2011, providing regional HR support across the Great Lakes region and overseeing various HR functions. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed performance management, talent acquisition, and compliance with labor laws, as well as experience as a Uniform Sales Representative and Office Manager/HR Coordinator. Additionally, Stefanie has been actively involved in the Greater Lansing Society of Human Resources Management since January 2022, serving as Past President and President. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Salon and Spa Manager at XSport Fitness from July 2007 to May 2011. Stefanie Klaver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science and Spanish from Albion College, completed in 2007.
