Mike Tingley has over twenty years of recruitment experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Insurance Recruiter at Criterion Executive Search since January 2007. Previously, Mike was the Owner of Andrews & Associates from April 1991 to January 2007, specializing as an Insurance Executive Search Consultant in the Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance sectors, conducting searches for companies and brokerages nationwide. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Miami University, completed in 1976.
