Melvin Kamphuis is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Athora Netherlands since December 2020, with responsibilities including first and second line support and advising on employment conditions and workplace regulations. Melvin began with Athora as an intern before becoming a full-time employee in November 2018. Prior to this role, Melvin worked at VIVAT from September 2017 to December 2020 as an HR Business Support employee, also starting as an intern. Melvin's career in HR began with various roles, including an intern at VSH Fittings B.V., and positions in administration and sales at Telecombinatie and Albert Heijn, respectively. Melvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has studied at Leiden University and Ashram College.
