Sue W. has a diverse work experience that includes serving as the Chief Information Officer at Crisis Assistance Ministry since August 2013. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Pactera from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Peterson's from 2006 to 2010. Sue also has experience as a Contract Business Analyst/Technical Writer at Lockheed Martin in 2005, a Business Analyst/Technical Writer at Philadelphia Gas Works from 2003 to 2005, and as a Technical Writer at ARA from 1999 to 2003.

Sue W. obtained their Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communication from Appalachian State University from 1993 to 1996. Later on, they pursued a Certificate in Database Management and Design from Temple University, completing it in 2006.
