Melanie Mosier-Haun has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Melanie began their career at the Omni Richmond Hotel as a Front Office Manager in 1988 and later moved to the Adam's Mark Hotel of Charlotte as a Reservations Manager in 1989. In 1994, they transitioned to the Crisis Assistance Ministry where they held various positions, including Customer Service Manager, Casework Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Emergency Financial Assistance. In their roles at the Crisis Assistance Ministry, Melanie was responsible for overseeing daily operations, conducting customer interviews, resolving conflicts, and maintaining data accuracy and compliance. Melanie also played a key role in developing and implementing data tracking systems and monitoring funding. Most recently, they served as the Director of Compliance, where they focused on internal audit functions and prepared for external non-financial audits. Overall, Melanie brings a wealth of experience in customer service, management, and compliance to their work.
