Trinh Tran is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in immigration and family law. Currently serving as a Senior Supervising Attorney at the International Refugee Assistance Project since February 2018, Trinh has held various roles including Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney (Consultant). Prior experience includes managing legal programs at Sauti Yetu Center for African Women, Inc., where representation focused on survivors of gender-based violence, immigrant youth, and LGBTQ clients. Trinh's background includes work as a Legal Advocate at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law's Political Asylum Clinic, as well as internships providing legal services to survivors of intimate partner violence and anti-human trafficking initiatives. Trinh's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Anthropology from The George Washington University. Additionally, Trinh served as a Small Enterprise Development Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps, focusing on community development projects.
