Marcelo Aguiar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in executive roles, currently serving as CFO at CredSystem since December 2021. Prior to this, Marcelo held the CFO position at Grupo Ri Happy, the largest toy retailer in Brazil, from March 2019 to April 2021. Marcelo's background includes significant leadership experience at FLEETCOR as CFO for Brazil, where management of a cash volume exceeding R$ 6 billion and collaboration on acquisitions were notable achievements. Marcelo's earlier career includes a Senior Vice President role in M&A at Ilumno, Managing Director at AIG Private Equity, and various positions at Procter & Gamble, including Financial Planning Analysis Manager and Internal Auditor Manager. Marcelo began a career in auditing at PwC. Marcelo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Candido Mendes and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
