Neeraj Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and operations within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Information Officer at Crédit Agricole CIB since April 2015, Neeraj leads the global sourcing strategy for IT and Operations Services. Previously, Neeraj held the title of Business Unit Head for Banking and Financial Services at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, driving revenue growth and delivery excellence. Neeraj has also been the Global Practice Head for Capital Markets Platforms at Genpact, overseeing consulting, technology, and operations services. Early career experiences include roles at Dell Perot Systems and The Delhi Stock Exchange. Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University and an MBA in Finance from New Delhi.
