Emilia Zahniser is a seasoned professional in the food science and regulatory field, currently serving as a Senior Quality Regulatory Specialist at Creative Werks, LLC since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Regulatory Scientist and Customer Quality Analyst at Mizkan America from February 2015 to June 2022, as well as a QA/QC Laboratory Technician at WILD Aseptics, LLC from May 2012 to September 2014. Emilia also worked as a Regulatory Specialist at Kerry for a brief period in 2011 and as a Green/Sustainability Specialist at JL Clark from May 2010 to July 2011.
