Eric Ferris has extensive experience in operations and customer management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Office Manager at Creative Safety Supply since July 2014, overseeing customer service and technical support departments. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Regional Account Manager at Creative Safety Supply from August 2011 to September 2013, managing customer accounts across multiple states and countries in the industrial supplies sector. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Store Manager at Jack in the Box from July 2010 to July 2011. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Marylhurst University and previously earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Portland Community College.
