Lucas Laingen has work experience in various positions spanning from 2019 to the present year, 2023. Lucas started as a Government Contracting Intern at Makwa Global, LLC in June 2020 and has now risen to the position of Business Intelligence Specialist at the same company. In 2019, they worked as an Outdoors Guide at GW TRAiLS and later became a Training & Recruitment Coordinator in November 2020. Lucas also worked at Left-Middle-Right as Head of Initiatives & Special Projects from September 2020 to January 2022.

Lucas Laingen is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle East Studies & Criminal Justice with a Minor in Arabic at The George Washington University. Lucas started attending the university in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2023. Prior to attending The George Washington University, Lucas completed their secondary education at East Ridge High School from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Human Research: Social & Behavioral Research from CITI Program and Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid from NOLS Wilderness Medicine in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
