Kiran Thakur is an accomplished IT Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in IT operations and service management across multiple sectors. Currently employed by Creative Australia since September 2021, Kiran executes service delivery roadmaps for End User, Network, Hosting, Cloud Infrastructure, and Business application services. Prior to this role, Kiran served as Principal Service Delivery Manager at DHL from November 2003 to September 2021, overseeing global service delivery for Logistics, Supply Chain, and various IT services. Kiran holds a Master of Information Technology in Leadership from Deakin University, a PGDCA in Computer Software Engineering from CMC, and engineering degrees in Mechanical and Machine Tool Engineering from Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Engineering & Technology and Vile Parle Kelvani Mandals Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, respectively. Kiran is also certified in ITIL®, PMI-ACP, and Prince2®.
