Nikolay Shcherbakov's work experience includes being an Evangelist/Pre-Sale Consultant at Creatio since April 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Terrasoft, where they held multiple roles including Head of presale demo engineers team from September 2017 to April 2018, Leader of the lead generation group from June 2015 to September 2017, and Sales Support Manager from May 2014 to June 2015.

From 2009 to 2015, Nikolay Shcherbakov attended National Aviation University, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Systems of Technical Information Security.
