Ryan Stingle has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ryan most recently worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Crane Engineering starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of President, Vice President, and Secretary at MORR, Midwest Off Road Racing from 2018 to 2020. In 2007, they started their own small business, Stingle Performance Transaxles. Ryan also worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Robinson, Inc. from October 2021 to February 2022, and at CPW Systems LLC (CPW Engineering & Mfg) from August 2019 to October 2021.

Before their roles in design engineering, Ryan worked as a Mechanical Engineering Technician at Georgia-Pacific LLC from September 2015 to August 2019. Ryan also had a brief stint as a Quality Engineer at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC in 2015. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Field Engineer Intern at Great Lakes Mechanical in 2014, a Service Technician at Sportsman's Service Center in 2013, and a Test Engineer Co-op at Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA from January 2013 to May 2013.

Ryan Stingle attended Michigan Technological University from 2010 to 2015, where they studied Mechanical Engineering Technology. Ryan'sfield of study was mainly focused on Engineering.
