Bilguissa Balde is a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in supporting individuals and families facing various challenges. Currently serving as an Assistante sociale at Cramif since January 2016, Bilguissa specializes in assisting employees on sick leave, providing guidance on professional orientation, labor rights, vocational training, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure job retention. Prior to this role, Bilguissa worked at the Département du Val-de-Marne from August 2013 to January 2016, focusing on supporting families in difficulty and evaluating situations involving at-risk children through social welfare programs. Bilguissa holds a Diplôme d'État d'Ingénierie Sociale (DEIS) obtained through a dual curriculum with a Master's degree in social development from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and a Diplôme d'Etat d'Assistante Sociale (DEASS) from IFTS- APHP Pitié Salpetrière.
